Description
UV resin is a professional one component gel-like very transparent resin.
Hardens under UV light. For this you can use a UV lamp or sunny weather. UV resin has excellent mechanical resistance, very good impact strength and heat resistance. NB: Not suitable for large-scale casts (e.g. asbestosis, etc.).
- Recommended casting height: maximum 2 cm (20 mm)
- Heat resistance: about 93°C
- One component, no hardener needed
- Recommended UV light source distance: about 12-15 cm
- Recommended UV lamp power: 9w-18w (UV 365nm - 405nm)
- Cure time 2cm: (UV 9w-18w 120-150s, 36w 90-150s)
- Excellent frost resistance up to -45°C
